Tree of Life Psychotherapy and Counseling Services provides treatment for a variety of mental health concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, PTSD and C-PTSD. We are located in Bedford, NH and also provide telehealth services in New Hampshire and Arizona.

Tree of Life was founded by Heather Friedman, a licensed clinical mental health counselor in New Hampshire and a licensed professional counselor in Arizona. Heather completed her graduate studies in 2009 and has been practicing as a licensed therapist ever since.

She has experience working with a wide variety of populations, including ages 4 and up, from a variety of cultural and economic backgrounds, and has also worked as a clinical supervisor as well as a psychotherapist. Helping others fully arrive in their lives is one of her passions. Heather believes everyone is deserving of compassion, safety and respect in their relationships, and strives to make these values the basis for all of her therapeutic relationships.
